Payment and Cancellations

• Full pre-payment by bank transfer is required 5 weeks before commencement of services
• DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY: 25% non-refundable deposit is needed to guarantee the cruise at the time of booking. For cancellation of confirmed reservations, the following cancellation fees on the whole package according to the case incurred will be charged. Special conditions, meaning more strict policy apply for cruises, beach resorts as well as for some of the boutique and landmark hotels. Cancellation conditions are mentioned in each program separately.
  - 90 days prior to arrival : 30% cancellation fees
  - 61 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fees
  - 31 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fees

Is this trip guaranteed to run?

• The trip runs every Saturday with a minimum of 2 people joining

• The variety of activities makes this cruise suitable for all ages and is especially exciting for children. Naturally you can be as active as you wish. With regard to diving, this cruise is suitable for divers as well as non-divers, the itinerary provides for up to 4 guided dives during the 5 days of adventure.
• Visa on arrival is available at immigration check point in Kawthaung only for those travellers who will enter and depart from the same boarder, Kawthaung check point and visit only Mergui Archipelago
• All prices are subject to changes in case of increase of airfares, cruise, entrance fees etc.
• We reserve the right to re-arrange the order of any tour program, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour itinerary without notice, when local conditions require such changes. All itineraries depending on domestic flight confirmations are subject to changes. The customers at the destination are requested to pay all supplementary and extra costs that may occur due to these changes on the spot.
• When itineraries are given, they are approximates and may be subject to changes on accord to guest requests, weather or tidal conditions, official regulations or other circumstances. The final decision regarding the itinerary always lies with the captain of the yacht. Should local authorities or force majeure prevent the cruise from taking place where planned, then the cruise will take place in a close-by location or in a neighbouring country if possible.
• If children are taken on board, the guests shall be fully responsible for their conduct ad entertainment and neither of any crew members shall be held responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
• As in all tropical climates, the natural conditions can cause hazards or annoyances which guests should avoid by ensuring proper dress and using appropriate protection. This is a risk of malaria and other tropical diseases in the area. Guests are suggested to inform and consult with doctors about vaccinations etc before departure. The guests undertake to have all necessary vaccinations for the countries or regions to be visited. As there is inherent risks in activities like sailing and holidays in tropical areas, guests are also required to procure travel health insurance covering all activities and sports they intend to undertake. The nature of a charter may render it unsuitable for anybody with physical disabilities or undergoing medical treatment. The guests warrant their medical fitness for the cruise.
• We act as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. We are therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourist’s agreement to the above condition
