Day 1
ARR KUNMING/ SHILIN
Take flight to Kunming.
Upon arrival, met and greeted by your guide, and then transfer to hotel for check in. If you are still energetic, suggest an evening walk to the Dianchi Dam (15min walk from hotel), where you have chance to watch the flying seagulls.
Notes: Seagulls may fly to the other side of Dianchi in the evening, anyway it would be comfortable walk along the lake.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant and dinner on own.

Day 2
KUNMING – MENGZI – YUANYANG
Today you will transfer to Yuanyang, stopover in Mengzi, and visit the French style railway station, which has been the filming place for the movie B/-/- ONESS RESORT YUANYANG TERRACE

YUANYANG
Full day Exploration to the Yuanyang Rice Terrace. The scenery of the terraced fields in Yuanyang is at its best from November to the following April. Taking a tour to Yuanyang Terraces in winter is amazing, since the fields are full of water, composing a colorful painting.
Normally the first stop is Duoyishu Scenic Area(Duratioin : 40min), the most beautiful natural and cultural landscape of Yuanyang Terraces, and it is the best place to go if you wish to photograph the sunrise. Proceed to a local Village- A zheke( Duration :2 hours), famous for the mushroom-shaped house. It’s home to minorities of Hani and Yi, who lived together peacefully with each other. You may hike around the villages to discover more authentic lifestyle of the local minorities.
Enjoy the relaxing afternoon, you may join in the local people to capture the fish fed in the paddy fields.

YUANYANG/JIANSHUI
Set off to Jianshui, Visit Ant Workshop by Luo Xu, a native artist of Yunnan. It was built after the transformation of an original waste brick factory. A large maze built with hollow bricks. Walking in the Ant Workshop, there is a feeling of time and space travel. All the buildings of the “Ant Workshop” are developed in accordance with the ceramic culture.
Arrive in Jianshui, check in the boutique hotel which converted from an old courtyard, enjoy the nightlife of the small city.

Day 5
JIANSHUI
In this morning, you will enjoy a scenic journey by taking the meter-gauge sightseeing train to travel out of Jianshui Ancient Town to see Double Dragon Bridge and Tuanshan Folk Houses. Yunnan meter-gauge railway, which has a gauge of only 1 meter (1000 mm), has been in operation for 110 years. It is the only meter-gauge railway that still operates in China, and works as a connection with the neighboring countries.
Hop on the train at Lin’an Station (near Chaoyang Tower) and appreciate the idyllic farming scenery along the route and make a stop at Double Dragon Bridge for sightseeing. Double Dragon Bridge, also called Shuanglong Bridge, is a Seventeen-Arch Bridge with 148 meters long and 3 meters wide. It crosses above the injunction of Lu River and Tachong River which looks like two Chinese dragons, hence got the name Shuanglong Bridge. This bridge is a masterpiece and listed as one of the top 10 famous bridges in China. You can either look it from afar or walk on the ancient bridge for close appreciation.
Afterwards, continue your train journey moving to Tuanshan Village. Built in Ming Dynasty, Tuanshan Village is regarded as the Gem of Chinese Civil Houses and the most beautiful village in Yunnan. Its architectural style of the 19th century and beyond remains intact and the distinctive way of people's life is preserved, fully showcasing China's indigenous cultural characteristics. Have a wonderful stroll in this historic village and explore the distinctive buildings like Zhang Family Garden, unique lifestyle and folkways of Tuanshan Villagers.
Transfer to Yuanyang(80km,2hours) in the afternoon, enjoy the sunset if time permits.

JIANSHUI – KUNMING
Explore the Jianshui Old town by your own pace. Firstly, you can stroll in the local market like a local, encounter the goods you may have never seen! Step into the hidden temples and admire the local wooden carvings and delicate gardens. Visit the ancient wells and heard the stories of the renowned Jianshui Tofu. Walk into the traditional Tofu workshop and learn to make your own Jianshui Tofu, of course taste the delicious ' bean curd' by yourself!
Transfer back to Kunming for your flight back home (suggest flight after 21:00).
