On Saturday 2 December, over 5,000 visitors gathered at the British Ambassador’s Residence in Beijing for the largest British Christmas Market ever! Co-organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in China and the British Embassy Beijing, it was a day filled with captivating performances, special Christmas treats, and a whole host of festive cheer. From delicious food and drink to local arts and crafts and top Christmas gifts, guests enjoyed the early festivities with their family and friends.

The event was held in support of the Migrant Children’s Foundation, a charity that works with disadvantaged schools in Beijing and the surrounding areas to provide healthcare and educational opportunities to the children who attend them. A Trails is proud to have been part of this spectacular event, having the opportunity to showcase our travel products and services to the UK-China community. A big thank you to all those who came by and stopped at our booth for a festive chat, cups of sparkling and mulled wine, and classic British chocolates.
