Our team recently organised a three-day event in Luang Prabang, Laos for a group of 43 delegates from France. A series of tailor-made activities was arranged, including a private river cruise and a candlelit dinner in the UNESCO World Heritage city.

The immersive programme was designed specifically to meet the needs of the group and it was enhanced by our bespoke services which added an extra touch of exclusivity to the event.

The attendees visited the famous Pak Ou Caves and gained an insight into Lao life and culture during a tranquil cruise on the Mekong River. Along the way, the group stopped at a small island in the river where an al fresco lunch was served under white tents set up exclusively for the occasion.

An engaging city tour was included, riding in local tuk-tuks to the ornate temples this location is famed for.

A highlight was a specially catered dinner set against the backdrop of historic Wat Nong Sikhounmuang. This one-of-a-kind venue was beautifully illuminated by candlelight, creating a uniquely serene and captivating atmosphere.
