This tour starts from Ho Chi Minh City and goes all the way to Dalat in the central highlands. The itinerary includes a quaint hill station and a popular retreat that dates back to the French colonial period. We refresh in cascading waterfalls, trek through thick jungle, kayak along picturesque lakes and immerse ourselves in pristine nature. We descend from the hills to the seaside town of Nha Trang, passing through spectacular scenery. This is one of the most popular beach destinations in Vietnam and boasts superb beaches and sunshine that ensures a world-class beach holiday.
Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat
After an early pick-up from your hotel, we set off on our scenic journey to the hill station of Dalat (300 km, seven hours). We stop off for lunch en route before visiting stunning Prenn Waterfall. The falls sit at a height of nine metres and stretch 20 metres, with the water cascading down a cliff of basalt rock. We then continue to Dalat for some afternoon sight-seeing. This mountainous city is a popular retreat with locals because of the cool temperatures its elevated height brings. The dainty town is sprinkled with French colonial villas and is flanked by strawberry and flower farms and sprawling coffee plantations. Highlights include Xuan Huong Lake, the Crazy House, Bao Dai’s Summer Palace, built in 1933 and either Linh Son Pagoda, or another waterfall. We then check-in to our overnight accommodation in Da Lat. Dinner is charged to your own account.

Day 2
Da Lat – Outdoor Excursion
After breakfast at the hotel, you get to choose how to spend your day. You can either spend it at your leisure exploring Da Lat and the surrounding area, or embark on one of two options. The first is a combined two-hour hike and two-hour kayak adventure on and around Tuyen Lam Lake. A trip to the Highlands isn’t complete without exploring the region’s stunning jungles and lakes and nothing beats the stunning views served up from serene Tuyen Lam Lake. Head deep into the jungle on foot and by boat along small rivers and tributaries that feed into the lake. The second option is a day of jungle-trekking, with hiking ranging from moderate-to-difficult in the deepest parts of the jungle. Walk through the vines and foliage and spot some of Dalat’s famous birds, or a troop of monkeys. Swimming at a stream is an option. Lunch and dinner are charged to your own account. Overnight in Da Lat.

Day 3
Da Lat – Nha Trang
After breakfast at the hotel, we wave goodbye to the hilltop retreat of Dalat and set off on our journey to the coastal town of Nha Trang. The scenic drive takes us downhill through sweeping valleys and sprawling farmland. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, a coastal gem that has been dubbed the ‘Riviera of the South China Sea’, we take a short sight-seeing tour that takes in Long Son Pagoda and Po Nagar Cham Towers, a sacred Hindu site. The towers were built between the 7th and 12th centuries and originally the complex had seven or eight towers, but only four remain, of which the 28-metre-high North Tower, with a terraced pyramidal roof, vaulted interior masonry and vestibule, is the most magnificent. We round out the day with a leisurely stroll around the local market. The overnight accommodation is in Nha Trang. Dinner is charged to your own account.

Day 4
Nha Trang - Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, we have the rest of the day at leisure to explore more of Nha Trang until our departure. Nha Trang is home to 6 km of stunning coastline, with white beaches, clear waters and abundant charm. This makes it a beach-lover’s paradise and the perfect place to kick-back on the sand or take a swim in the sea. A series of restaurants, bars and coffee shops line the coastline, with fresh seafood served as a speciality. Alternatively, you can explore more of this coastal town’s attractions. Nha Trang is awash with Buddhist temples and gothic-style churches and the surroundings boast natural hot springs, salt fields and waterfalls. This brings our four-day adventure to an end. There is the possibility to extend with a beach stay. 1802 to 1945. We depart armed full of unforgettable memories of our journey into Vietnam’s rich history and heritage.

Payment and Cancellations
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. We reserve the right to release all services in case of payment default.
- Intermediate bank charges and fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• Between 30-15 days prior to departure - 25% of total price
• Between 14-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total price
• Less than 7 days prior to departure – 100% of total price
