Few important details to frame the experience:
- Please note: please wear a proper attire when visiting the Royal Palace and the Bakan tower of Angkor Wat temple. Please make sure your shoulders and knees are covered
- Angkor Wat temple will be closed 4 days per month, in accordance with the Uposatha (Buddhist holy days)
- Bakan Tower can accommodate 100 people per time, please line up if you wish to climb up
- A reverse itinerary from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh is also available at the same price. Departure date is every Wednesday (Min. 2 people travelling)
- Tailor made modifications are always possible, please contact us for arrangements
- The tour is available in English, German, Spanish, French. Italian guide also available but no guaranteed, please check with us prior booking
- During the most important Public Holidays in Cambodia: Chinese New Year (between end of January and mid-February), Khmer new year (mid-April), Pchum Ben (between end of September and mid-October / celebration of the ancestors) and Water Festival (November), the program of the visits might be modified. Certain sites, restaurants, markets, shops and NGOs might be closed during that time. Asian Trails will inform you for each of the Holiday
- During public holidays, some local hotels and transportation suppliers in provinces outside of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Battambang may apply extra charges without prior notice.
