Home of the Panda, the province also hosts many other endangered species and makes for a wonderful area to immerse yourself into the great outdoors.

WOLONG
Hopefully you’re full of zip for today as you will walk a lot! The Panda is perhaps the most famous of Sichuan’s many highlights. In the morning, you will visit Wolong Giant Panda Nature Reserve, where you can see the lovely pandas, even some little panda.
After lunch, there will be an easy hike in the Yunzhong pasture. This is a great place to spot wildlife while having a great view of Mt. Siguniang.
In the evening, if you would like to discover more, you are suggested to finalize the day with a night safari in the Panda Park. With infrared equipment you can observe the activities of pandas at night!(Optional)

Day 3
WOLONG / DUJIANGYAN DAM / CHENGDU
In the morning you will learn the production of buttered tea and Zanba, a Tibetan specialty.
Aftter lunch you will move on to Dujiangyan county, about a two hour drive.
This afternoon you will explore the Dujiangyan Dam and its surroundings. The Dam is constructed in 256 BC and is the world’s oldest irrigation system. Regarded as one of the three great Chinese architectural masterpieces, it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can spend a couple of hours here and will then go on for the 1.5 hour drive to Chengdu.

CHENGDU
Today you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Chengdu. Before noon a visit is planned to the Jinsha Museum,that is famed for its relics of ancient Chinese culture. Afterwards, visit the Kuanzhai Alleys and sip a cup of local Sichuan tea. You will learn to make sugar painting, a cultural heritage of Sichuan.Mahjong is part of the Chengdu lifestyle and you can learn it here! In the evening you will watch Sichuan Opera with face changing.
