Responsibilities

• Prepare itineraries and quotations.

• To develop and maintain smooth working relationship with customers and business partners.

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving his/her objectives.

• Work closely with colleagues from other departments and offices

• Operate and execute itineraries as per contract and agreed customer service levels

• Other tasks might be requested to support other team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English/German/Italian is compulsory, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Word and Excel software.

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in the tourism industry.

Job Title:   OPERATION COORDINATOR MANAGER（BEIJING）

Responsibilities

• Reservations of hotel rooms, prepare rooming lists, follow-up

• Prepare service orders for suppliers (land services, restaurants, transportation etc)

• Follow-up invoicing from suppliers and liaise with accounting department

• Updates software on a daily basis

• Work closely with colleagues from other departments and offices

• Other tasks might be requested to support other team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English is compulsory, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Powerpoint, Word and Excel softwares.

• Strong understanding and communication skill, teamwork responsibility, diligent, efficient, positive and motivated, ability to work under pressure

• Computer ability is a plus

Job Title :     MARKET MANAGER（SHANGHAI）

Responsibilities

• Responsible for OTA hotel purchasing in Shanghai and East China.

• Hotels purchasing planning according to company development.

• Maintenance system database

• Other tasks might be requested by MD

Requirements

• Knowledge of English is compulsory, both written and spoken.

• Minimum of 5 years of hotel or travel industry experience

• Strong understanding and communication skill, teamwork responsibility, diligent, efficient, positive and motivated, ability to work under pressure
